PSA submission status page question Carol??

Maybe Carol can elaborate?

I like the new status page. Apparently my 105 cards I just sent in
was logged in on the same day received....I guess it's logged in....not sure...
here's my question LOL.....

On the date received, the status said "received/hold" which I figured very cool.
Today, the status says "OK" lol, what is that? What does that mean?
Is the 3rd status step going to be "okie-dokie"?

Is each status step indicative of what stage the cards are in?

    Eagle,
You had a problem order that evidently somehow cleared it self up. How ????? If you ever see a Hold in any way shape or form you need to call ASAP, as the sub is sitting on the hold shelf collecting dust !!!

  • Correct. Receive hold usually means there is a problem with the order.
Before the new system problem orders could not be entered this caused longer delays in contacting the customer. This gives the customer a chance to call us rather than wait for customer service to e-mail them.

We will continue with the e-mails so don't worry; if you don't catch it then we will send out a notice to contact customer service.

Well if there was a problem, apparently it has fixed itself? The order was received on the 29th of Feb that stated "received/hold". Today being the 5th of March is the first time that it's changed to "OK". I can't think of anything that I did wrong. Payment was correct; correct return postage; Modern Bulk service written on outside.

Should I call in tomorrow morning anyway just to make sure?
  • Of Course.

You know, I could say something really naughty but since I'm a gentleman, I'll refrain from participating in a great set-up.

If the status say OK you're fine.

Without looking at your order I can't tell you what happened. It is possible that it was marked as a problem in error, caught and fixed.

Just got off the phone with a customer rep.
I think her name was Krista?? Very pleasant, and
    very cute sounding image

She said everything was fine, and looked further into it.
It was caused by old submission forms that I'm still using (3 to 4 yrs old), and something with the bulk order. At first they weren't
going to allow it, and then they changed their mind. I guess that
    was the problem.

Isn't it $6 per card for bulk? (100+)
