Trying to grade some cards for my PSA set registry and need some help :-)

Hi all, I need a little help with the form. I have about 35 cards to send in but the form won't fit them all, so what should I do? Send in 2 or 3 forms? How does it work?

Depending on the forms you have, 15 or 25 line forms, use multiple forms. At the top of each form is a place to list each form as a unit of the entire order; 1 of 2 or 2 of 3 ect. ect.
