All time greats - team display ideas

I'm getting close to finishing a basement re-do that includes a dedicated bar/man area and a separate tv/chill area, and have decided to make a few all time great team shadowbox displays for the bar area. May use shadowboxes or the pre-made frames that hold 4-10 raw cards. I need 6 of them. Got the idea last night watching a replay of game 6 of the 75 WS. That big red machine was awesome, and thought wouldn't it be cool to pick up a 75 reds team set and have a nice little "75 Reds" frame. I know it's not a unique idea, especially since my favorite watering hole is a sports bar with tons of these things, but I've been on the fence about the basement deco and think this is what I'm going to do.
So, anyone out there have any suggestions for other years/teams? I'm from Buffalo, so there will definitely be an early 90's Bills team. And I went to one of the 86 WS games when I was 14, so there will be an 86 mets. Any others? Just looking for a classic team that may strike up some conversation.

Want List:
'61 Topps Roy Campanella in PSA 5-7
Cardinal T206 cards
Adam Wainwright GU Jersey
What year would represent the "70's" Steelers the best? Is there a 1980 USA hockey team set? I have two or three 1980 topps sets with the USA team cards, but is there another set out there of just the olympic team?
