Open discussion, after the usual suspects (mays mantle aaron, clemente, ryan,ford, etc.), who do you feel are the most popular cards (e.g. ones that will always sell).

High grade vintage always sells no matter how obscure the player.

Edited to add that Schmidt, Henderson, Ryan, Bench, Rose and Brett have always done well for me.

Basically, any player who was a star for one team for quite a long time will sell well, because his hometown fans collect him. If he was a power hitter or played for the Yankees or Dodgers, so much the better.
