1963 Unitas, Starr, Wilson. Would I better off selling them raw?

Do you think these would sell for less on ebay if they where graded then if I sold them on ebay raw? Also, would it be a bad idea to list these in a lot with about 30 others from the same year?

    They're nice cards but not worth the grading fees. Just sell 'em raw in a lot would be fine.

    Here are some of the others.

    The J.B. is going to be sold on its own and not part of the lot. I don't have a price in mind, I just figured I would throw them up on ebay, and whatever I get, I get. The Brown is already on ebay and I will be listing the lot today, but feel free to PM an offer.
