The Browns have signed Patriots free-agent receiver Donte' Stallworth to a seven-year deal, the team announced Saturday.

ESPN.com reported the deal is worth $35 million, with $10 million guaranteed.

"Donte' will be the major addition to our offense this year," said Browns General Manager Phil Savage. "He will bring legitimate speed, quickness and playmaking ability to the receiving corps.""

Wouldn't it be funny if the Patriots went 0 - 16 next season?

I doubt they are going to go 0-16 but I expect them to have a off year compared with the previous season, it looks like
they could lose a couple of key people and the "spygate" thing is still overhanging them and if that continues I think
it will be more of a distraction than it was last season.

I was suprised we didnt keep Stallworth, this kid is phenominal running after the catch. Great Pick up by the Browns, now they have a legit go to guy along side Edwards.

We have a better chance of going 19-0 than going 0-16! image
  • I dunno Paul, its been a lousy off-season for the Pats thus far. Local sports is reporting that Moss is pretty pissed off right now that the Pats havent offered a fair contract offer. Gonna be a sad team next year with a lot of key players playing elsewhere.
