Man you guys are bringing back the memories. Back in 1978 I wrote Frank Gasparro and told him the SBA was a cool idea. He actually wote me back and thanked me. They were proposing different colors for the dollar by 1980.

WOW I wished I had not been robbed and lost that letter.

The colors I referred to appeared in I recall Coin World. I could be wrong. The actually were proposing the colors so folks did not have a hard time with the SBA and the quarter. I recall blue and I believe a red and green. NO I am not joking.

That's interesting, I don't think I ever heard that. I did assume you were talking about the SBA's though, and not baked Prezzies
