The competition was intense! The top buyers were all ready to slug it out in a bidding war to end all wars!
In the end, when the dust settled and the blood mopped up, "Cape" came out the winner! Congrats!
BWRC held a in-room auction for the #8 "Carnton" collection of Buffalo Nickels. It was complete in MS65, 66 and 67, but alas, no 1926-S. BWRC held a very fair sealed bid auction for this wonderful collection. He got many kudos from the under-bideders for handling a very fair and honest sale. Rightly deserved!

<< <i>Congrats to "Cape". Now it's time for Carnton to remove it form the Registry.

Yes, it will be coming down soon.
ps. congratulations on the sale.
Thanks RegistryCoin,
The set was sold in total and not on an individual coin basis. I can tell you that the consignor netted 88% of the Buffalo PCGS price guide value and dealer specialists were the participants bidding on the set.
I report sales on a regular basis to Jaime but not in this case.
Congrats to Cape.
I'm tellin' ya, ol' curly wishes he'd been up in that room. He'd a bummed some beer off those rich brothers.
