Not sure why you asked about BB. That coin will get into a PCGS holder, no question. VG8. That is a nice, original, problem free Barber, and a somewhat difficult date. Very nice coin.
That coin is a perfect VG8 and will get slabbed at PCGS or NGC or ANACS.
The question is, why? Why would someone spend postage, insurance, and slabbing fees to encapsulate this coin? The cost of getting it slabbed is a high proportion of the value of the coin, even at the economy $16 (the last price I remember). Also, almost anyone can easily grade this coin without any important issues. It is also not very likely to be a counterfeit. It could be bought and sold easily without concern over grading or whether or not it is genuine.
To answer my own question, the only reasons I can think of would be: 1. to put it in a registry set or 2. perhaps get more money for it on eBay.
VG 8 - however, I'd like to examine the coin in person - basically to remove any doubt about the field in front of Liberty's face. The surfaces seem too uniform - as if the coin was wiped to remove deeper grey toning.
The reverse looks very original.

Rubbing? I think that it would grade easily, but I'm interested in what you see. What specifically do you see that would make you think it would BB?
