Counterfeit Seated Quarters showing up on Ebay

A lot of the auctions have them listed as copies. I don't like it, but I guess they're within Ebays rules.
This one runs along the lines of the "I know nothing about coins" BS.
The seller dumped the auction after I told him the coin was fake and I was going to report him.
The CC's are the wrong size and shape and located wrong to be genuine.
