nothing new there - all old news
  • Yup - old news.

As a buyer, these changes to PayPal mean nothing! It is sellers who have to worry about it... image

well I guess I just crawled out from under my rock - I didn't know they were going to start holding payments - and for that long.

I ship the coins when I get the funds...I could see that affecting buyers if there's a delay. (unless I'm mis-understanding the whole thing, which is possible!)

And unfortunately at the same time buyers have the new power of negative feedback with no recourse. image

my understanding is it will be like an escrow service

for 'high risk' transactions (another way to thwart the scammer sellers)

and they will hold funds until buyer has received item

so if you plan on making your first sales gold and platinum bullion, you may not be happy

High risk meaning what-transaction over a certain amount like $1000 or sellers with little of no feedback. I can't see them doing this to powersellers.
