The IN GOD WE TRUST is from 1994 Washington quarter and the other one is from 1990 Washington quarter.

    Both look machine doubled to me - not doubled dies.

    Still pretty cool - you don't see this as much in the '90's as the late 60's.

    However, if you put it up for sale on ebay you could easily say they are doubled. Just don't explain how or why.
