I didn't expect this would sell

Not mine. I was watching it--I honestly didn't believe the guy would have any takers. I guess I was wrong.

For those who dont know, the El Cazador sank in Jan, 1784 carrying 450,000 pesos to Louisiana to help stabilize the economy there. Resultingly, Spain's grip on Louisiana loosened even more and they were forced to loan it to the French, who, under Napoleon, sold it to the United States.

Seriously cool. Way out of my budget but if I had a huge excess of cash I'd have went for it.
I'll see your bunny with a pancake on his head and raise you a Siamese cat with a miniature pumpkin on his head.

You wouldn't believe how long it took to get him to sit still for this.

With my neighbors I need more modern cannons really.

    I love it.

Was that auction legit? Will the buyer get what he paid for?

It always worries me to see low feedback, hi priced and all CAPS.

I strongly believe the auction is real.
  • It was tempting

    but what I really need

    is an uzi

    on a swiveling mount

    with a scope

    mounted

    on top of my house

    so I can prevent

    or at least delay

    an attack

    from our unfriendly neighbors

    on either side

    of our house.
