Just got my first sub back from PSA and wanted to share

This was my first time having any of my cards graded and just wanted to share. I was pretty pleased with the sub. The only one that was different from what I expected was the Doby which I thought would have been a 6 at best (but I'm not complaining

). I submitted the '61 Yaz for Alan (OnlyThe10s) and I must say, I really like the looks of this card. I may have to add one to my collection (maybe a little better centered

).

Carl Furillo lived down the road from me when I first moved to the Reading, PA area in the mid 1980's..He lived in a very modest home & I always kick myself that I never went over & introduced myself (I'd see him in the yard often...). I actually have that '54 Bowman that I bought at a card show in the day to have him sign.

I completed the '54B basic set a while ago. It's a great set and best of luck completing it.

Speaking of, if you have an extra Williams laying around somewhere, I'll gladly take it off your hands.

It confused me at first too being that I saw the same exact card scanned in Allen's thread as well.

I went back and read Chris' description and saw this:

That Doby is beautiful! Nice looking cards all around. I agree too... the '54 set has some great looking cards. My personal favorite in the set is Duke Snider .

stown: I will send you my extra Williams today. I hope a PSA 7 is okay as I am going to keep the 8 for my set.

Post25: I love the Snider card. I have a lower grade card that I would like to upgrade. I tried to buy Nam's PSA 6 that he just sold on eBay but I forgot to raise my snipe. I then tried to buy it off of SidePocket but he wouldn't sell it to me. He is now on my s**t list.
