Ok everyone, how is your grading?

It looks like it has went back to the middle of last year to me.

My grading is fine. It's just the grading companies don't agree with me sometimes.

I'd like mine to go back to about 2004 Tony. Getting vintage 9's was a little easier (and way more consistent) back then.

PSA--GRADES--I thought in the middle of the last year, they were extremely tight.

If this invoice that I just got done is any indication, Its baaaaaaaaaaaack!

The "tight"grading is back or they are more lenient again?

Funny thing is, a couple of the big auction houses had in their text that certain cards were "recently graded during one of PSA's most stringent times"

So I think it is true that they were tougher on cards. If you know cert#'s that were happening over the last 6-10 months, buy up the cards in 9 holders, they'll all be 10's now! Viva la bumpage! image

i dont mind the grading i got on my last sub. maybe its just my eyes. but out of a 200 card order 63% were 9's or 10's. it was a modern order.

Sometimes it's tight, sometimes it's a little loose. Probably more tight than anything else, though. Best advice would be to never submit anything not worth submitting twice, but that's hard advice for me to follow.

I never have this problem as I only send in vintage cards that grade in the 5 range.
