Buying precious metals

I have a quick question here if anyone can help. Is there anyway to buy metal like stock.

For example like you can invest in other currency with forex.com

Is there a company the just sells it like this without holding the physical medal where you can buy and sell it?

GLD is a gold index fund that is traded like stocks, I am sure there are some for other PMs.

I guess what I am looking for is a future. I dont think that this is the right place to discuss this though. Its not really coin related.

SLV is an exchange traded fund for silver investors. 1 share is around 10 times the value of an ounce of silver.
GLD is 1/10th value of 1 ounce of gold.
