Can't buy/sell cards on the Beckett Message boards?

Wow...think that is kind of strange but then hey all a guy wants is to buy some baseball cards.

    Been like that for some time. Possible changes when they over haul their website this year.

    They dont want that to happen cuz they dont want their Marketplace dealers to be pi$$y about it. I think it blows that you have to fill out an application and provide a copy of your sales tax certificate. Would be nice to have a similar marketplace without that hassle. Of course I dont have a tax id, Im not in business...but I wouldnt mind selling some cards to buy more! I guess Beckett fears the IRS.

    Before you could, but dealers made a huge deal out of it, some of their conversations from their beckett seller's forum got leaked, they were very anti users looking for good deals
