I put a GOOD roll of wheats together, an XF VDB in a flip, a fake toned MS-70 Lincoln in a flip, seal it in the checked off packing slip along with my " Thank you for choosing us blah blah slip" and ship same day as paid. Emailed back no vdb. Horsepucky 100%.
I don't know how anybody could confuse that auction with a real one.
<< <i>We did not get these from an old lady whos husband died, we did not get them in an old barn, they were not discovered recently in a hiden bank vault. I do not have thousands of rolls with key dates on the end, but if you want, I can make them for you, just like the crooks do on Ebay !!!!!!!! Search EBAY for " roll crimper" and make your own rolls too !!!
This FAKE MONSTER was a full red coin 30 seconds ago, before the MS-70 treatment, just like your fake monsters can be too !!! We'll send you one just like the picture !!! >>
That doesn't make it obvious he's going after the scammers?
So you are seller redjns1995 and the buyer michael19672000 was shipped an XF VDB in a flip, a fake toned MS-70 Lincoln in a flip?
Did he also get a roll of wheat cents? Winner will receive a roll of wheat cents AND a 1909 VDB XF/AU, and a FAKE TONED monster cent. No games, no fraud, no photoshop.
It sure took a while to weed out what you will actually get from that auction. Maybe he thought it was supposed to be at the end of the roll like in the photo and did not see the flip in the box?

I was thinking the same thing, you may contact him and have him check the padding material as he may have thrown it out not realizing it was in a flip, there have been other threads where that has happened.
the roll and 2 flips are all inside of a packing slip thingy inside the #000 bubble mailer......CANT miss it, all 3 items are packed together. He just wants another VDB, plain and simple.
edit: he says he has the 58 toner.....but no vdb. as I pack them, I check the packing slip with a sharpie . SCAM period
<< <i>That auction is just confusing. I think I see what you're trying to do, but you're just asking for a lot trouble with an auction like that. >>
Yeah, I agree...I have stopped running it, a cpl other seller do same type auction and have been hit with negs, I've been lucky. I'll quit while ahead.

It just seems that the type of people to bid on an auction like this wouldn't be the...uh...brightest crayons in the box...or at least not experienced coin collectors, which leads to situations like this. I agree, you should be happy you haven't received a negative yet. You certainly don't deserve one, but that doesn't stop people from doing it sadly.

I do not collect what they offer but that auction would now get a minute of my time...........
Looked like a Used Car sells pitch.
