Seeking some advice for live bidding and selling coins at Major coin show's

Im going to my first big show (Phoenix ANA) and Im seeing some advice.
Im going to Bid on a coin at the Heritage Auction and would like some do's and dont's, I have done there live bidding on line from home but never in person.
I have a couple of coins I was going to take to sell on the floor and would like some do's and don't. Is it better to tell them what you are looking for price wise or is it better to let them make an offer?
Any advice from the veterans would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks,
David

Some dealers will be open to dickering over your price and some won't.
Also, you'll get a better reception if you offer a coin to a dealer who has a ready market for it. For example, you may not want to offer junk silver to a guy who specializes in large cents (and vice versa).
Check out the Southern Gold Society
I would also highly recommend picking up a copy of the bourse dealer guide listing and carry it with you. Then you can make notes about how specific dealers treated you next to their name in the listing. You will interact with many dealers, I'm sure, and this is the easiest way to remember who treated you well and who didn't... and who to give repeat business to and who to avoid next time.
