Am I seeing this correctly??

Looking over at the 1976 Topps BB registery and looking at one of the sets at 100% (Bill's 401K Plan), to get an idea of the pops of some of the PSA 9s that are up for sale on Ebay. It states on quite a few cards that there are more 10s graded than 9s?? I know that people try to make sure to send in cards that are only going to grade high, but to have so many cards that have more 10s than 9s seems very odd.

I think the registry is all messed up right now. The pop's in the 'graded higher' column are not correct in a lot of the sets that I've looked at.

  • I think the pops contain all the cards of that grade PLUS the ones higher.
If you have a 9 when there are 14 9's and 1 10 graded, it will say 15 are graded higher.
  • I have a couple PSA 10s that don't exist on the registry???

  • the pop higher column is currently incorrect. it is the sum of the higher grades pop and the pop of the current grade (for example, for a PSA9 the pop higher column is the sum of the PSA9's and PSA10's...)

    i hope they fix this.
