statehood quarter help....

Good evening everyone.....I thought I would look into turning my attention somewhat of buying quarters, and came across this 'deal' if you will..
Do these 'error' coins seem of value?
ebay auction confusing
But this seller list so much on this auction, I can't tell if he is all mumbo jumbo, or this is actually a good deal...can anyone take a cursory look and tell me if I am being naive or I should look elsewhere?

Hoard the keys.
<< <i>Wow. That seller has WAY too many words to read. Anytime a seller is that wordy, there maybe something wrong. But that's just my opinion. >>
Agreed....I don't know, I thought he was trying to do something by so blatantly blattherring on...I will e-mail him a 12 page question and in the end ask him if he will accept face value!!lol to get back at hurting our friend type2's vision, and mine!
You wouldn't believe how long it took to get him to sit still for this.
However, I have won 2 auctions for a complete set's from him about 12-15 month's ago. Had no problems and if you watch his auctions you can get a good price. He lists them constantly, so if the price goes up to high just wait for the next. Its a great way to get all the proofs at once if you can get a deal. I have seen a few of his auctions run away with the prices though.
