Anyone else having trouble with this seller?

Bought one under "made_the_grade" ....bought the other under "sports_cards_plus755"
I bought some unopened OPC Baseball packs. He charged $5 and $4 respectively for shipping.
Both return addresses were the same on the mailers.
I got em in two separate mailers......both had a 58 cent stamp on the envelope and they BOTH
came "POSTAGE DUE" 39 cents.
When I opened the mailers, neither pack was even REMOTELY close to the scans. the 77 opc
pack was wrinkled and off-center and the 76 opc pack was way off-center.
Now, I only paid around $15 for the two packs, but, I don't like getting ripped like this. Especially
for the postage and then have to pay AGAIN when I get the packs. I noted that his feedback
was 97.9% and 98.1% respectively, I guess that should have been a sign?
In any case, I am thinking about pursuing this with ebay ALL THE WAY UP THE LINE.
I am REALLY GETTING TIRED of getting ripped by people. Sent several emails, no reponse.
I would like to find out if anyone else has down biz with this guy and have encountered
this type of situation.
