How about First Stike designation by PCGS? Will it have to be a sealed box to get some sort of Celebration Coin designation to get First Strike?!?!?

I think I will throw up the next time I here another word about the "First Strike" abombanation. Its either a nicer coin or it is not! How can a coins quality be a function of the speed of grading submission.
