1900-O Morgan, VAM or Post-Mint Damage? Need help please

Hello everyone!
As I have posted before...I don't collect Morgans...nor VAMS....but have read enough threads to know that VAMs do have a good following.
I visit the flea market often looking for "junk" silver to add to my growing silver hoard. Today I picked up a handful of Morgans and Peace dollars for a super price based on current silver price.
While sorting them and sticking them in tubes to store away I saw the rim on this 1900-O Morgan below. And I need the help of experienced eyes and Morgan collectors to tell me what it is.
Is it a Mint error or post mint damage? It looks like a cud has flipped and turned location to lay over the "F" in OF on the reverse.
The coin shows graffiti on the cheek on the obverse.
What do I have here? if it is a VAM?....if it is.....can you please identify it for me and give an estimate of value considering the condition and graffiti?
Hope my photos are sufficient.
THANKS FOR LOOKING
RAH

<< <i>Looks like a lamination to me. Might be worth more than melt to someone, but the damage makes it not very desirable. >>
Thanks for the info in so far...par for the course with me....find something a little bit interesting......and turn it over and some idiot has scratched a big X in Liberty's face.....he/she/it should be shot.
I will think about holding it back from my silver in storage and see if anyone would be interested.
Any additional info would be appreciated from anyone.
THanks!

<< <i>The ubiquitous VAM-21. Wonder how many die pairs that really represents. Those near dates are always worth checking for an O/CC VAM though too. >>
Please bare with me..I don't know VAM lingo.....
So this is a VAM-21?
Would it properly be listed as 1900-O VAM-21?
With the graffiti on the obverse....does it have any value over spot silver?
Should I just pack it away in with my other "junk" silver or would there be interest if I offered it for sale/trade?
Thanks....sorry for my ignorance on this matter of VAMs
