SMS question on total mintage

does the total mintage include the SMS uncirculated sets sold from 2005 and on ?
example: 2005 P & D Sacagawea total mintage 2,520,000 for each mint
2005 SMS uncirculated sets 1,160,000 mintage
so does this mean that 1,360,000 business strikes were made or
should the total be 3,680,000 for both SMS and business strikes
