Normally on the 15th.

Yeah, the 15th, and usually doesn't open up til 11 or 12 PST.

March 15th 11am to 5pm pacific time. If you can't upload during that time (like me) you can usually find smoeone kind enough to upload your icon for you than you can change out at your convienience.

to those who have helped me in the past, it sucks not having full internet access at work
