<< <i>Hey, wait...this is a US Coin Forum...so if Mr. By-the-numbers Canuck trollboy wants to take everything literally, then he shouldn't be posting here anyway, right? >>
I wish I could tell you in a reasonable amount of time how I got my only neg. but I can't.
In short, I bought a set of Lincolns advertised as 1914-D XF+++ with the others described as VF-BU. No '09-S VDB. He had over 700 FB at 100% so I thought I'd take a chance.
The '14-D was a '44-D altered badly with VDB on Lincoln's shoulder. I filed a complaint with paypal when the SOB refused to refund my money. Said I'd switched coins on him. English must've been his 3rd language. After 2 months doing the required duties dictated by paypal, I got a ruling in my favor with full refund. I then negged him and within 30 minutes, received his neg. which I expected.
Fortunately, my FB was nearly 3000 so I stayed at 100%.
He was NARUd and showed up later with a new name and address about 20 miles from the original. He was trying to sell the same set, same description, W/O the phony '14-D. I alerted ebay and quit watching for him.
That's the short version. Don't ask for the full one!

It is health that is real wealth, not pieces of gold and silver. Gandhi.
I collect all 20th century series except gold including those series that ended there.

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment
