What happened to the Red in this PCGS 64RB IHC?

It looks like this coin is completely brown, buy it now price doesn't look to bad though, it just came out.

Looks like a scan and scans can kill luster and some colors.

Hehe, well glad someone on the forums could use it. The scan must have washed out all the rainbows.
