Are those vouchers user specific.If not I would like to buy one for a reasonable savings over the normal fee rather that see someone use one like that.
Maybe these were inherited coins from a late grandfather, father, etc. and the submitter wanted to have them graded and encapsulated. Easier to keep track of, especially if you don't really pay much mind to coins.

Maybe *** All Morgans Were R-8++ Vams That PCGS does not list on the slab ( They only list about 3 Vams as we all know ) . Oh and had 2 free vouchers used on the 1/2's that were MS-70 once.

True but doubtful. I'm hoping for AU58 on one of the VAMs I currently have in on a 8 free voucher though so who knows.
