Question about eBay shipping

I'm currently selling a card on eBay and got a question from someone if I will ship the card to Taiwan. The person said
he would pay by PayPal. The persons feedback is all positive but it's set at private so I can't see them. I don't have
a problem with shipping to Taiwan but is anything I should be aware of using PayPal and sending over seas? Thanks.

If it's something you don't care if you ever get paid for and the shipping doesn't cost you a lot then go ahead. Tracking is unreliable at best so you will lose any chargeback.
