Should we be able to put comments in for coins we do NOT have in our sets?

Things like:
"want to buy, offering $340"
"it is on the way, in 66RD"
"will trade wife for this one"
....
I would like to use the registry set as my "tracking", but sometimes when you buy a coin, you "forget" that it is on the way and might buy another one in the "heat of the moment".

I would like to hear what the coin dealers have to say about this. Could get very interesting.

I would think along the lines of no. I generally get a few emails/post from collectors and dealers who have offers for coins I need (or upgrades) several times a week. I have to agree with Boey that some of the comments may get a little goofy and detract? from the registry.
Then there is the entire PCGS editing/reviewing the comment section. I would rather have other information (i.e. values) presented since space is limited. If you have the 66 on the way, what's a few days. I know its a pain to wait and I want to add them right away, but then you need to pull the comment and it may delay the coin showing up while PCGS "reviews".
