Well does anyone have a lead to this. The pop has been at 3 and just jumped to 5.
Any info would be appreciated.

Only if the MS67 pops went down by two, otherwise the pops would have remained the same with failed upgrade attempts.
The name is LEE!
The 67 pops might not change if the coins were cracked and submitted raw w/o the inserts.
There was at least one 68 in a PCGS holder before PCGS recognized the variety, maybe more.
Perhaps some new coins were submitted.
Or all of the above??
So, who's going to buy the 68 in the AZ Heritage sale??
Looks like 1 bid placed already
Now there appear to be two more new pieces besides that one.
They may be crossovers or regrades but who REALLY knows.
MS66 - 1
MS67 - 7
MS68 - 5
TOTAL: 13 graded by PCGS
The #4 & #5 147231.68's were slabed from the Cheerio's blister pack.
The Cert#'s are sequenchel !!
