1901-S VF-25 PCGS A phenomenal example of this classic rarity and key date to the series. Lovely, pearl gray toning is evenly distributed over choice, problem-free surfaces. The devices are very strongly defined. Full LIBERTY with lots of the lower headband present as well. No surface problems whatsoever, just light, honest wear on the high points. A prize for the fussiest collector. Hurry on this awesome piece! $29995
From the adjectives ad nauseum used in the description, and the names listed at the bottom of the listing, that would have to be a JJ Teaparty coin....
Many of the higher grade ones in holders are already cleaned. Good luck finding a totally original one as those would be the first ones to be salted away as keepers.
The coin is the first thread is okay, its not as great in person as the picture portrays. It has been in there inv for some time, might even be going on a year.
I havent seen Harrys coin yet, there is also one coming in at heritage CSNS, looks original, but quite dark
Jim More of these have turned up lately in the past year, and might be being offered in the near future. two of my closet freinds have one each PCGS-40, the other a PCGS-35, as well as the f-12 (a 15 today) I sold him the latter.
Do your best to avoid circular arguments, as it will help you reason better, because better reasoning is often a result of avoiding circular arguments.
a) send pics forged from teapartys web site on a call to them they deny ever having had b) after repeatedly not posting your name either in PM's or e-mails as requested c) after you refuse to send scans of a coin you want $50k for you do not have scans of apart from the "alleged" photo from JJ teaparty.
and you post this hours after i told you i would report the incident to both the FBI ands CU moderators. amazing how you want to play especially when the only person interested "was' me and for certain no one will be interested in your wasting their time. I'll resend this thread to the moderators and you can hash out your threats and trash with them. your a piece of work trying to sell a coin you cant scan with no verifiable pedigree you claim.
good luck.
live each day like it's your last but don't count on it!

David Lawrence Rare Coins has a 1901-S Quarter in PCGS AU 50 for sale.
Its been on their auction venue for a few weeks without any takers - its a nice coin - but its not as sharp a coin as I'd like for an AU 50.
After it didn't sell, it was put on their web site for sale - outright - for $42,750. They'll discount it - by at least 5% - but you may have to bid on it now as they relisted it at auction. You could bid accordingly if you'd like; or, wait to see if it doesn't meet their reserve.
Call them, I'm sure they'll work with you on the coin - provided of course there isn't alot of activity on it at the present auction.
I was fortunate to have one in PCGS offered to me which I'm very pleased with. Afterall, it only took me nine years to locate one in AU 55.
I also believe that KK has an 01-S in AU 50 - I wouldn't doubt him, personally.
Good luck.

That one sold at a recent auction for about 10K less than what he's now asking.
thank you!

<< <i>Did you see the NGG VF25 on this site? >>
Ugh, you'd think someone selling coins that cost as much as cars would invest in a digital camera and get rid of the crappy scanner.
