Has anyone seen any .5's of the lower grades? Anyone think this Clemente could bump?

I got this Clemente in the mail today. I personally haven't seen any lower grades with the .5 yet, so I don't even have an educated guess as to whether it might bump or not. What are the opinions as to if this Clemente might bump to a 2.5?? I'm considering joining that PSA Collectors Club and will probably use my so called "free" submissions to do reviews. Is this a worthy candidate?

The lower grade cards will have no rhyme or reason in my opinion. We'll call those "send and pray."

Nice card, however I do not think it is 2.5 material.

I think it could have a shot at a 2.5 or even a 3. The lower grades are somewhat random at PSA. Take a look at my PSA 3 56 Mays, and I would perfer your PSA 2 Clemente any day of the week.
