turn around on mech errors??

what is the turn around time on these usually?? I am on day 7 and was just curious..
I actually sold a card and had it pointed out to me.. I didnt notice the error..
and i sent it back in for him..and he would obviously like his card.. this is the first time I returned any

I would think that the buyer is going to get more agitated.


What type of card are we talking about? And did it sell lower because of the mech error?

it was a psa 7 perforated version of the 61 post cereal clemente...
it was a BIN... and I priced it for the perf version...
it was labeled as hand cut... he didnt even realize.. I contacted him after I realized it..

I also have a bulk sub in house right now.. and when psa had that glitch and you could see the cards listed in the system... I found 3 errors and notified them so they could correct upfront... I am on day 35-36 on that one... but they had the order 2 -3 full weeks before logging it.. I am going out of my mind... I expected it back already

I had 2 submitted at a show not long ago (wrong statistical variation listed on the flip). They were mailed back 26 days later.
