Has anyone else gotten this curious note?

I received two from this guy today.

Dear Sir:

I hope that you are well.

I am a dealer in mostly historical autographs, rarely sports or baseball related, but I do now have a client who is interested in many rare, fairly priced cards, including:

1966 Topps - Basic -- PSA 2 or Above
(or any particular teams from this year with the same PSA grade)

Would it be possible that you provide me with an inventory list, your pricing and if possible, versus SMR price guide?

He is also interested in all other highly graded, fairly priced cards from the1887 N28 Allen & Ginter and the 1909 - 1911 T206 to 1971 baseball cards, but I would like to start with the main ones above.

I look forward to hearing from you at Nate@NateDSanders.com.

Sincerely,

Nate D. Sanders

    I received a similar e-mail from the exact same person / e-mail.

It had the same body type but changed the wantlist based on my set registries.

I just deleted the e-mail as I assumed it was phishing.

I was checking out his site. I'm not sure where he gets his prices from. A PSA 8 Walter Payton rc is about $250, SMR is probably pretty close, he has one listed with an opening bid of $1k, PLUS a 19.75% buyers premium. image

Nate Sanders is legit. I've sold him thousands of dollars worth of autographs over the years, pays very quickly. He's a good guy. He runs catalog auctions in the autograph industry. Must have a client that wants cards.

    Take care,
