Anyone know the guy who buys game used and autos in bulk ?

I think he was from Pittsburgh and I bought a card and he included a flyer that said they bought game used for like $1.25 each or somethin. Anyone know who im talkin about? Thanks

I know blowout cards paid that in the past, but less for basketball. i don't know if its still good.
