Same user negative feedback

I anticipate some ebay joker (8vsb) leaving me negative feedback. He already left me negative feedback, when he claimed I was a non-paying bidder. Before I thought of it, he purchased something out of my store (yes, I should have blocked him, so my own fault). Now I assume he will leave me negative feedback for the item, which would be the second negative from him. Will the 2nd negative count against my 99.8%????

Well, not until the feedback changeover. Then yes it will, assuming both are in the last 12 months.

Did you ever pay for the item he filed the NPB for?
  • Yes, I sent him a check, but he claimed the payment was not recieved 9 days after the auction ended. Then we both went at it on the ebay dispute. But because I didn't make a copy of the check, then I will lose. The guy is just going nuts and seems to be on some sort of revenge trick about it. He both neg'ed each other on the item I won.

MY read indicates that ONLY Positive-FB will be counted
as unique, only for PSers, and only 1 per buyer, per week.

(Unique FB determines general FB% for non-PSers. ALL
FB determines FB% for PSer qualification.)

  • OK, sounds like we will both get negatives then.

If it ever happens again, make out a new check and make a copy. The only way he can prove you wrong is to admit he got the original one.
