Don't care about the submission results from PCGS,but receiving the Coins back from them without a single word just really jerked my chain. Being a First time customer I did not relize that they do not have the Common Courtesy to THANK a customer for his/her order. Did not get this Rude treatment from any other grading service that I've used. I guess being #1 allows you to treat a Customer like this. PCGS has more problems that they should address IMO. One other tidbit on the submission. Have the 1 coin in hand that crossed, tried to put it in my set, and PCGS says it does Not Exist. All in All One big mess as far as I am concerned.image Take Care: Ken

  • they didn't incllude a thank you letter in your package so you're po'd?

I'm sure ACG will give you a thank you. Send your dimes to them and you can make a few easy 69's.

  • ANACS always writes on my invoice "thank you, your order was well prepared." But I'll tell you, it doesn't go a long way in making me feel better about all the net grades they give me. image

You should be thanking PCGS for the privilege of them allowing you to send your coins to them in the first place. image
  • And it also doesn't go a long way in getting you top value for your coin either.

  • Ken,

It can take a few days to a couple of weeks before PCGS gets their database updated. Be patient; your crossed coin will post to your set eventually. image
Collecting should be fun. Set registry is just another way to enjoy collecting. It is not and cannot be the final assessment of a collection's "value".
  • Ken,
I was affraid this was going to happen..dang.......image

A quick email to Gayle with the cert number will get you fixed right up. She is pretty good and usually fixes it within 24 hours or less.

I got clobbered on a recent crossover (my first submission), but partially expected it. Then I had the same problem with the database not recognizing the coins. I emailed Gayle and the problem was fixed.

...Now, if I could just fix the grades... image

Gayle took care of the Entry problem in about 8 hrs. Had to Apoligize to her for my nasty EMAIL and even got a response from her on that. Seems like a very Nice Person. Cooled off now and will also Apoligize for the Title of this Thread. Take Care: Ken
