1960 Golden Press Presidents in full book form

I've had this set for awhile, what does it go for in full book form? Is it worth punching out the cards and sending them in for grading??

Anyone want to trade for a couple boxes of current wrestling cards for my kids??

Book has some wear but the cards themselves are nice.
