Can PSA 10's have qualifiers? I never thought so until I saw this on ebay! Here is the link.

    Has to be a labeling error. Probably should have been 9 OC. Still, that's an extremely poor example of quality control.

    I agree "Mechanical Error" that they have to address quickly.

    I think the labeling error lies in the OC, not the Gem Mint 10 portion.

    The data entry person had to get it wrong, the person printing the label got it wrong. Data entry to the cert database got it wrong and the guy doing the encasing got it wrong.

    Ugh.

    One would think PSA's software wouldn't allow them to create grade combinations that can't exist - like 10(OC). But hey, what do I know, I'm just a software QA guy.
