This coin is not currently listed in the Krause world coin catalogue; KM# 511 is similar, but is apparently a double-reverse "mule", with this Statue of Liberty hologram on one side and the Eagle hologram from KM# 510 on the other. CV for those two coins is $30 to $35, so this one's probably not too different.

It's status as a "real coin" is dubious. In 2001, Liberia was in the middle of a civil war, and effectively an anarchy. Numerous private mints took advantage of the situation and churned out dozens of different types of "coins", with no proper government back in Libera capable of confirming or denying their legal tender status, and several factions (including the remnant of the internationally recognised government) no doubt happy to receive hard cash in exchange for "granting permission" to make these coins. Most of the coins issued during this period had themes which would appeal to Americans, and would have been produced and sold in America. I doubt that anyone in Liberia is aware of their existence.

Many so-called-coins from Somalia, such as the notorious "guitar coins", were issued under similar circumstances in that country.

These hologram coins (KM# 510 and 511) are on record as being produced by an organization calling itself the "American Mint", which Krause notes as being "not an actual mint".
