Geez, I sell only rarely on ebay (about a 50:1 buy/sell ratio) and this just bothers me to death.

If I am not mistaken, (without referencing his eBay buyer identity) your buyer is South Korean
and part of a group that loves to put outrageous conditions on their purchases and (post-bidding) likes to renegotiate their winning price with the threat of return.

Thanks, Roman...I tried it with the 'aus' spelling but got nowhere.
Now I can go look up my lone negative...ONE out of 1011 discrete
feedbacks, and eBay still shows me with 99.9% rating!
I wonder if it will ever get rounded up to 100.0?
(I know...never.)
