Yep. I have two to sell at spot + 9%. And I will ship them registered mail, insured at my expense. Payment via check (which has to clear before shipment) or PayPal. If paying via PayPal, eCheck is prefered, as it only cost me $5. If paying via PayPal with other methods, add 3%.
Final sell price will be determined by spot price at time of acceptance. For example, current spot price is $2010. $2010 x 1.85 x 1.09 = $4053
