Another Lame Ebay Seller

Received this email earlier today:
HI,
You bid and won item #220196476532 on Feb 3rd. An invoice was sent you on Feb-03-08 specifying the total payment amount. It is now 9 days since the auction end and well past the terms of payment. Without any response or correspondence from you since end of auction the auction is now null and void, a refund request for the return of my auctions fees will be filed with Ebay this date. This matter is now in the hands of Ebay, direct any questions you may have to them, do not respond to me I will no longer have any dealings with this matter.
Regards,

I sent this clown a payment on 2/6/08, however it was a cashiers check. He doesn't take paypal. I went ahead and gave him a negative. He filed the unpaid item thing against me, and then sent the email. I would have sent another payment, but he doesn't even email me first. Then claims the transaction is null and void. Add this fool to the ebay losers.

Running an Ebay store sure takes a lot more time than a person would think!

I would think anything less than 10 days is unreasonable.
Communication is key in situations like this. Since you've mailed him a cashier's check, now what? Do you, or can you stop payment on it, or do you think he'll send you your item?
