you can always try to get the card removed by asking the registry ladies.

What makes you say polls are not necessary for basic & master sets.
What your saying is that if (goraiders) does not want a paticular card listed "just call the registry ladies and they`ll remove it"
What about the person who has the card,, will the registry ladies just tell him, hey be quiet we told you that "goraiders" does not want that card listed and thats it !
That sure gives goraiders alot of say so,,, with no one else having any ???
Thats where a poll comes in,, majority rules.

i have a few cards that at the present are the only one graded. however its just cause no one else has had one graded yet. that in itself doesnt make the card rare.

But we often had polls.
IMO a registrant should not be punished for finding a rare card and wanting to add it to the registry. Then to have another registrant say man that card is to hard to find (and maybe too expensive) lets just say you can`t have that card in the registry.
But PSA will let each registry set participents form their own rules and regs. One player set may allow certain cards while another player set say`s no.
One registry set person should have no more say than any other.
But a majority must rule.
