charged twice

hello,all!I really need your help.I became a new member of PCGS collectors club on Febreuary 1,2008. I also spent 229 US dollors for my joining the platinum membership,but the problem is that i had made a mistake that i press the button"submit order" twice.that is i spent 458 dollors with my credit card. what should I do?Could your company return my overfees(229 dollors) or the PCGS will afford me with 2 years' membership service?

Sounds like an honest mistake. I am sure that if you call PCGS representative, they should be able to confirm and issue a partial refund. I think I've mentioned their phone number in your other post. Also, you could go a different route and call your credit card company to have them issue a refund on the second charge.

If you used AMEX, it will be easy to talk to them and have the issue resolved with PCGS. If MC or VISA, they would have you try to resolve it first with PCGS before they would step in.
