    The lack of toning on the high parts on the reverse is due to poor handling, rattling around in a plastic holder. My boss did the same with a nice UNC 1818 quarter. Submitted it to PCGS and it got 58. I think this one would get the same.

    Pretty sure seller picked it up at FUN. Saw it on the bay for double the FUN hammer but no one bit.
