Are these real Goudeys, if so what value

Friend of mine had these and didn't know what they were. Found out they are 1938 Heads Up and 1935 4 in 1. I definitely think the 4 in 1 is authentic but have my doubts about the Heads Up because of the back, but then I know nothing about Goudeys. I know some of you guys are experts on Goudey, are they authentic and do they have any value?

    color of Solters uniform should be Blue if i recall, not Green. Maybe it was a salesman sample. The hat and the bat are the correct color.

    Looks greener in the scan than in person, just asked my wife (she knows as much about Goudeys as I do) what color the uniform was and she said it was blue. Is the Coke back on Solters right - I've seen numbers for them and there is none on this one.
