Terri Gilbert at PSA is who handled my mechanical errors in the past. I have partial poppage and want to shoot her an email to get 2 mechanical errors corrected. I would prefer to email her so I have a record of the request. Does anyone here have her email address at PSA? Thank you.

I had a partial submission showing also. It had many mechanical errors. I called PSA this morning and they told me I was not suppose to be able to see that. Customer service still had me list the errors in an e-mail and they forwarded the e-mail to operations. Shortly after I called, my partial submission was no longer showing. The e-mail addresses at PSA are their first initial and their last name @collectors.com.
